Damon McCoy

Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, NYU Tandon

Damon McCoy is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a member of the Center for Automotive Embedded Systems Security (CAESS), which conducted one of the first security analysis of a modern automobile. He is also co-director of the Cybersecurity for Democracy project, “a research-based effort to expose online threats to our social fabric – and recommend how to counter them.”
