Alhad Daftardar is a PhD student advised by Brandon Reagen and Siddharth Garg. I’m broadly interested in algorithm-hardware codesign, and my research at NYU is focused on computer architecture for cryptography and privacy-preserving deep learning. Prior to coming to NYU, I received my BS in EE from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and my MS in ECE from the University of Michigan. My past research has focused on hardware security (hash functions, OS security), reconfigurable multicore architectures, and hardware acceleration for error-correction codes.
