S&K Scholarship Program

The S&K Scholarships—offered by the NYU Center for Cybersecurity to students pursuing an online master’s degree in cybersecurity—strives to support a new generation of engineers in an inclusive environment that breaks down barriers. Established and administered by CCS Senior Fellow Omkhar Arasaratnam and his wife Sabrina, this scholarship is awarded to students who “demonstrate financial need, academic merit, and a commitment to engaging with the cybersecurity community.” 

Celebrating its 5th anniversary in 2026, the program has helped more than 30 students, most of them women, afford a graduate education in cybersecurity. Program alumni have moved on to careers within the field. Below is a complete list of award winners to date.
