Thanks to a new partnership with Zscaler, a San Jose-based cloud security company, participants in NYU Tandon’s Cyber Fellows program will be able to gain practical, first-hand knowledge of secure access service edge (SASE) and zero trust best practices. Under the terms of the partnership, students in the Master’s level cybersecurity program will be able to use the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange in courses that teach Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). In doing so, the Fellows will be working with one of the largest cloud security platforms in the world, which processes more than 120 billion transactions daily and detects about 100 million threats per day from users across 185 countries.
The new partnership was also announced in articles in AIthority. com and Security Magazine.com.
