Zhu Provides Insights on Use of Robots in Medicine

In July, ZDNet recently put together a special feature on “Robots in the Enterprise,” which took a look at where and how robotic technology was being applied in various sectors. Quanyan Zhu, associate professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NYU Tandon, was one of several commentators to share their thoughts on the role of robots in the medical sector, from telepresence robots that can monitor the sick, to others that can relieve medical staff from routine tasks like inventory.
